Tour Program

8:45 am: Car picks up for a North Island tour.
Visit Safari, experience “people in cages, animals roaming free.”
12:30 pm: Lunch at the Giraffe Restaurant (1 dish: chicken rice/beef rice/ stir-fried noodles).
2:00 pm: Watch the bird circus show.
4:00 pm: Swimming at GrandWorld beach.
5:30 pm: Boat ride on the Venice River.
6:30 pm: Dinner at a local restaurant.
The Car takes the family back to the hotel.

Surcharge period (15/12-21/12/2025), (06/01-13/02/2026): 10% of the tour price.

Christmas – New Year – Lunar New Year surcharge: (22/12 – 05/01/2026), (14/02 – 16/02/2026): 30% of the tour price.
Lunar New Year surcharge: (17/02 – 20/02/2026): 50% of the tour price.
Pick-up is available at hotels in Duong Dong center and Nam Dao area. Hotels outside these areas require prior notice to the tour guide.
Children’s prices apply to children under 9 years old and under 1.4m tall. Children 9 years old or taller than 1.4m are charged the adult price.

Customers must pay 100% of the tour value at the time of booking to secure service reservation.

Refund/Cancellation Policy:

The refund/cancellation policy is applied based on the time the customer submits the request compared to the tour departure date.

- - Cancel 30+ days before departure: 75% refund
  - Cancel 14–29 days before: 50% refund
  - Cancel 7–13 days before: 40% refund
  - Cancel ≤6 days before: 25% refund

- Cancel 30+ days before departure: 90% refund
- Cancel 14–29 days before: 80% refund
- Cancel 7–13 days before: 75% refund
