1. Scope of Application
When registering through our website, please enter into a direct contractual relationship (legally binding) with us. Registration conditions include limitations and exclusions of liability; cancellation and amendment fees are payable if the registration is cancelled or changed after confirmation. We strongly recommend that you read the applicable registration conditions carefully when making a booking.
2. Guaranteed Departure
ALO PHU QUOC TRAVEL CO., LTD guarantees departures as published on the website https://alophuquoc.com/.

Tour information and departure dates in brochures or other printed materials are subject to change and do not constitute part of the departure guarantee.

The company’s website is the sole source for guaranteed departures.

A departure is guaranteed only when the customer has confirmed registration for that departure (registration must include at least a paid deposit to be considered “confirmed”).

This guarantee remains subject to Force Majeure events.
3. Force Majeure
ALO PHU QUOC TRAVEL CO., LTD is not liable to customers for changes or cancellations due to objective or subjective reasons such as: earthquakes, volcanoes, storms, wars, strikes, demonstrations, terrorism, political unrest, etc. Solutions or compensation (if any) will depend on the relevant Service Providers.
4. Travel Documents

Valid Passport: Customers must possess a valid passport for entry, departure, and travel through each destination in the tour itinerary (the passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the return date).

Documentation: To expedite the issuance of travel documents, all tour-related documents such as payment vouchers, itineraries, and invoices will be sent via email or available on alophuquoc.com once full payment is received.

Trip Details: Customers are responsible for accessing the website at least 72 hours before departure to ensure they have the most up-to-date trip details, as minor changes may have occurred since the initial tour dossier was provided.
5. Service Prices

All tour prices are quoted in Vietnam Dong (VND). Payments in other foreign currencies will be converted to VND according to the current exchange rate.

Prices include items listed in the “Inclusions” section.

Information and prices on this website are not “live” and are updated periodically. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, errors may occur. In the event of an incorrect price due to a system error, we are not bound by that price.
6. Complaints and Compensation

If a customer has a complaint against ALO PHU QUOC TRAVEL CO., LTD, they must first notify the tour leader as soon as possible to rectify the issue.

If the issue is not resolved during the trip, customers must send all complaints directly to kynghidaongoc@gmail.com within 30 days of the trip’s end.

We do not accept liability for any complaints received after this deadline.
