Direct Payment (Cash or Cards): Customers can visit our nearest branches to make payments (Visa, Credit Cards, etc.). Please ensure that all payments are accompanied by a Company Receipt, bearing the official stamp and the signature of the Chief Accountant or the Director.

Important Notes:

  • VAT Invoices: For orders valued at 20 million VND or more requiring a VAT invoice, payment must be made via bank transfer to the company’s account. Please contact our sales staff before transferring for further guidance.

  • Security: Only transfer funds to the official accounts listed above to ensure transaction safety.

  • Card Payments: For physical card swipes (Visa/Mastercard), the cardholder must be present to sign the payment voucher. (Note: Online card swiping is currently not applicable). We are not responsible for transactions made using another person’s card.

3. Security Regulations

Our policy for transactions via international cards and domestic cards (Internet Banking) ensures compliance with the security standards of our Payment Gateway Partners, including:

  • SSL (Secure Sockets Layer): Protects customer financial information during the transaction process.

  • PCI DSS: Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard certified by Trustwave.

  • OTP (One-Time Password): Sent via SMS to ensure authenticated account access.

  • Encryption: 128-bit MD5 encryption standard.

  • Compliance with the principles and regulations on information security in the banking and finance industry as prescribed by the State Bank of Vietnam.

Customer Data Protection:

  • Tokenization: We only store encrypted tokens provided by our Payment Gateway Partners. We do not directly store raw customer card information.

  • International Cards: Sensitive card data used to establish transactions is not stored on alophuquoc.com systems; it is managed and secured by the Payment Gateway Partners.

  • Domestic Cards: We only store the order code, transaction code, and bank name. We commit to implementing all necessary security measures for all payment activities on our e-commerce platform.

4. Other Provisions

  • In the event of a payment dispute, both parties shall resolve the matter through negotiation and mediation.

  • If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be settled by a competent Court in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.
